Topic: The Days of Supernatural Wisdom – Job 28:7-28
“7 There is a path which no fowl knoweth, and which the vulture’s eye hath not seen:
8 The lion’s whelps have not trodden it, nor the fierce lion passed by it.
9 He putteth forth his hand upon the rock; he overturneth the mountains by the roots.
10 He cutteth out rivers among the rocks; and his eye seeth every precious thing.
11 He bindeth the floods from overflowing; and the thing that is hid bringeth he forth to light.
12 But where shall wisdom be found? and where is the place of understanding?
13 Man knoweth not the price thereof; neither is it found in the land of the living.
14 The depth saith, It is not in me: and the sea saith, It is not with me.
15 It cannot be gotten for gold, neither shall silver be weighed for the price thereof.
16 It cannot be valued with the gold of Ophir, with the precious onyx, or the sapphire.
17 The gold and the crystal cannot equal it: and the exchange of it shall not be for jewels of fine gold.
18 No mention shall be made of coral, or of pearls: for the price of wisdom is above rubies.
19 The topaz of Ethiopia shall not equal it, neither shall it be valued with pure gold.
20 Whence then cometh wisdom? and where is the place of understanding?
21 Seeing it is hid from the eyes of all living, and kept close from the fowls of the air.
22 Destruction and death say, We have heard the fame thereof with our ears.
23 God understandeth the way thereof, and he knoweth the place thereof.
24 For he looketh to the ends of the earth, and seeth under the whole heaven;
25 To make the weight for the winds; and he weigheth the waters by measure.
26 When he made a decree for the rain, and a way for the lightning of the thunder:
27 Then did he see it, and declare it; he prepared it, yea, and searched it out.
28 And unto man he said, Behold, the fear of the Lord, that is wisdom; and to depart from evil is understanding.”
The last days began on the day of pentecost as Peter declared “this is that which was spoken that in the last days, I will pour out my Spirit upon all flesh”, and we are now in the end of times, and among other things, all prophetic words spoken since the world began must be fulfilled before Jesus returns, among this prophetic pillars is that Jesus will not return until the church is in charge Psalm 110:1-3 “ The Lord said unto my Lord, Sit thou at my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool.
2 The Lord shall send the rod of thy strength out of Zion: rule thou in the midst of thine enemies.
3 Thy people shall be willing in the day of thy power, in the beauties of holiness from the womb of the morning: thou hast the dew of thy youth.”
The last days are the reigning days of the church Proverb 8:15-16 “By me kings reign, and princes decree justice.”
16 By me princes rule, and nobles, even all the judges of the earth.”.
We are in the days of the supernatural ways of wisdom, We are in the reigning days of the church and because by wisdom Kings are enthroned and princes declare justice, that means we are in the days of supernatural wisdom, so the church shall begin to grow in strength and that implies growing in wisdom.
All the prophetic words must be fulfilled before Jesus returns Psalm 110:1-3.
As the Church grows in Strength wisdom grows Eccleciastes 9:14-16, Proverb 21:22.
God will be sending the rod of wisdom out of the church to rule in the midst of her enemies.
Joseph by wisdom ascended the throne of Egypt, Daniel by wisdom took over Babylon the strongest kingdom of his days, God is saying there shall be a heavy manifestation of supernatural wisdom in the church that will empower the church to reign on the earth, these were all young people. Daniel 1:17 “As for these four children, God gave them knowledge and skill in all learning and wisdom: and Daniel had understanding in all visions and dreams.”, it is not about age, they were four children, so you are right in the position to access this wisdom from above.
Four kinds of wisdom recognised in Scriptures- James 3:15-17
“15 This wisdom descendeth not from above, but is earthly, sensual, devilish.
16 For where envying and strife is, there is confusion and every evil work.
17 But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be intreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy.”
- Earthly wisdom or Natural wisdom : A baby needs to crawl, he does not put his back on the floor, he wants to walk, he is not taking two legs at a time.
- Sensual wisdom or Intellectual wisdom : This one is acquired in school or through trainings.
- Diabolical wisdom : this is devilish wisdom.
- Divine Wisdom: This is the wisdom that comes along with peace, full of mercy, there is no wickedness in it, this wisdom is from above and whatever is from above is above all John 3:3 It is not limited to a discipline, it covers all aspects of life Ephesians 3:8-11.
All the princes of the nations will surrender to that wisdom shall bow, when Daniel came down with that wisdom, he was head of astrologers, chaldeans and all those folks, he is coming in and they are bowing, that is the order of wisdom reserved for this time ordained for all of the chosen generation of God’s people and we are products of His predestination chosen before the foundations of the world and every child of God is a chosen brand in his or her generation.
Divine wisdom is the order of wisdom reserved for the endtime, ordained for the chosen generation of his people. Every child of God is a chosen generation of his time.
One major characteristic of this endtime is access to this manifold wisdom of God that empowers believers to rule on the earth and subdue all principalities and powers in heavenly places, Matthew 12:42, Proverb 13:20 ”He that walketh with wise men shall be wise: but a companion of fools shall be destroyed.”
We are in the days of “greater than Solomon” and we are the ones he is talking about, The days of creative wisdom and witty inventions are here – Luke 11:31, Proverb 8:12 “ I wisdom dwell with prudence, and find out knowledge of witty inventions.”.
Jesus said a greater than Solomon is here and He also said as my father has sent me, so send I you. John 17:18 “As thou hast sent me into the world, even so have I also sent them into the world.”
So inside you and me is that wisdom pack greater than the one deposited into Solomon and it shall begin to find expression and you begin to improve the quality of your walk with God, He that walks with the wise shall be wise and a companion of fools shall be destroyed.
The days of witty inventions are here by access to this manifold wisdom of God designed for this endtime Proverbs 8:12 Psalm 104:24 Proverbs 3:10 “So shall thy barns be filled with plenty, and thy presses shall burst out with new wine.”

Let me take time and introduce you to the book of ultimate wisdom, you must know where to find it or you will never find it.
When we are saved, we have qualified access to it but we must know where it is because He obtained for us when He rose from the dead, power, riches, wisdom, strength, glory, honor and blessings so we have qualified access to that realm but where can it be found ?
You don’t go to Ota market to look for aircraft spare parts, you may find vegetables, tomatoes and firewood there but to look for aircraft spare parts there is to look forever.
Let us go to the celebration of wisdom in the scriptures in Job 28:7-28
This wisdom is not found in the land of the living, Harvard doesn’t have it, Yale has never seen it.
It is not found in the land of the living, it is out of this world. There is no natural realm that can access it, researchers can not locate it.
The philosophers and men of means and abundance do not have it.
The Fear of the lord is the access to divine wisdom, and to depart from evil is what sustains the access – Job 28: 26- 28, Isaiah 34:16 Revelation 5:12 Proverbs 9:10 Ps 111:10 Genesis 42:18 “And Joseph said unto them the third day, This do, and live; for I fear God:”
God prepared the wisdom, declared the wisdom and delivered the wisdom in a volume called the bible. Psalm 12:6 “The words of the Lord are pure words: as silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times.”
The devil is trying to capture many innocent young people living anyhow, wandering the streets, talking chaff, to block their access to this treasure, the treasure is the only way to secure your place in this endtime.
They could not find anything against Daniel for he was a faithful man and there was no error found in him, his accusers came together and said, “ we can’t find anything against this man except anything that will make him go against His God” Daniel 6: 4-5.
Men that flow in this wisdom are people that operate in the fear of the Lord as a lifestyle, to please God is their desire. They don’t assume things , they are sensitive to what offends God and they want to stay off it so they don’t sell off their birthright to a morsel of meat.
While Salvation qualifies our access to divine wisdom, the fear of God is what secures that access. We become eligible by salvation but we gain access by the fear of the Lord. The four Hebrew boys purposed in their hearts not to defile themselves, and they became ten times better than their colleagues. Access is open by redemption but entrance demands the fear of God.
The Book of Ultimate wisdom
Where can the book of wisdom be found?
- The word of God -Job 27:7-28 Psalm 111:10 “The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom: a good understanding have all they that do his commandments: his praise endureth for ever.”.
The bible is the book of ultimate wisdom. The unsearchable depth kind of wisdom, we can not find it out, we can not explain it but we can not deny it, such wisdom is in the bible.
Psalms 19:7-8 Psalms 119:97-100 2 Timothy 3:15 “And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus”.
The Holy Scriptures make wise to enjoy your redemptive rights, stop blocking your ears with nonsense, it will not get you anywhere!
I stopped counting when I counted 33 bibles I have used before these machines came, with marks that some verses you can’t even read it again, it has been overmarked. I was in one meeting at the university of Ife years ago, and in that facility the light was out because of maintenance, I stood before them and one of them said, you quoted 62 scriptures verbatim, do you cram them ? I said No, I eat them Jeremiah 15:16, I eat them so they are in my cells, they have entered the cells of my body through assimilation, Praise God!
They brought my Ipad, I have been speaking before they brought it. If they don’t bring it , it doesn’t change anything, the scriptures are in my blood, this book makes wise!
The more intimate you become with this book, the wiser you become. Wisdom is your right but where can it be found ? It is found in this book.
Paul, who was a channel for writing about two-third of the New Testament, talks about his understanding of the mysteries of the kingdom Ephesians 3:1-5 so his heavy-weight wisdom came through his addiction to the word of God.
It’s your turn! Settle down and stop playing guy round the town, you have your life to live, you are in the best season of your life 1 John 2:14 “I have written unto you, fathers, because ye have known him that is from the beginning. I have written unto you, young men, because ye are strong, and the word of God abideth in you, and ye have overcome the wicked one.”.
This book is the sweetest guide of destiny. Error proof!
As soon as you are born again, your spirit man now has capacity to access whatever is in the book Mark 4:11. When you become a member of God’s own family, you have access to this book. John 10: 27 “My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me:”.
I was sixteen when I heard , it is good for a young man to bear his yoke in his youth Lamentations 3:27, So I knelt down and I prayed, “Jesus, let me bear my yoke when I am a youth, I don’t want to carry luggage when I am old”. This happened the year that followed my salvation, I was sixteen!
I knew I’d be redeemed as a priest and a king to reign on the earth from Revelation 5:10, immediately, I began to wear a royal cloak, royalty became my consciousness, I was 16 when I found it! You better wake up!
Anytime I want to go out, I will check myself, will a king go out like this ? No, David, go and change. And now you wear clothes like a garage boy, that’s not royal! That’s captivity, that’s slavery, Can you dress like that to an interview ? for an ordinary job ? then you are trading off your place in eternity by careless living.
Even Pastors today, they tear their jeans all in the name of liberty, the type of liberty which is captivity in disguise, you don’t have a second chance to a first impression, wake up! And begin to live as a child of the king that you are, as a son that is entitled to be given authority if he behaves. You have to behave to be a son with authority, you don’t talk chaff around town and say you are a child of God.
At 19 I knew Isaiah 54:17 that no weapon formed against me shall prosper and every tongue that rise against me in judgment, I shall condemn, I will not wait for God to do it, it’s my heritage and I am righteous in the eyes of God as I do it. So I say “Lord every arrow coming in my direction, I command it to go back to where it’s coming from, in seven folds now!”.
At 22, I knew that my future is in God’s plan and not in my plan so I surrendered my plan, my aspiration to Him. Carry on Jesus, you own me and all that I’ll ever be, whatever you say is final in my life.
At 22, my life got a bearing from Matthew 6:33 which is the jackpot of my life till tomorrow. I was 22 when Jesus unveiled to me my anchor of life, not one word that He spoke has failed.
Wake up! This is the wisdom bank of life, no powers of hell can stop this wisdom from having His way, He is able to overturn the mountains by the root, destruction and death said we have tried all we have, we can’t handle them.
Prayer : No one among us shall die before our time, no one will die young, if Jesus tarries, you will see your children, your children’s children in their generations and peace upon your lineage.
How do I access the wisdom treasure in this book?
- Make the fear of God your new lifestyle, consciously hate what God hates, consciously enjoy what pleases God, be intentional, be deliberate about it and like Joseph and Daniel you find this wisdom flowing in your life.
Paul said you are witnesses and God also, how holily and justly, and how unblameably we have behaved ourselves before you all that believe. 1 Thessalonians 2:10 “Ye are witnesses, and God also, how holily and justly and unblameably we behaved ourselves among you that believe:”.
Behavior matters! In paul there is a fear of God and there is a deluge of wisdom poured upon him 2Peter 3:15 ”And account that the longsuffering of our Lord is salvation; even as our beloved brother Paul also according to the wisdom given unto him hath written unto you;”
- Maintain an undying quest for learning – Proverbs 1:5, Proverbs 9:9, 2 Timothy 4:8, Proverbs 3:35
We saw Daniel, a man unusually endowed with wisdom and we saw that displayed in Daniel chapter 2, 4 and 5 but the bible says in Daniel 9: 2 “In the first year of his reign I Daniel understood by books the number of the years, whereof the word of the Lord came to Jeremiah the prophet, that he would accomplish seventy years in the desolations of Jerusalem.”
We saw Paul, a man with an unusual endowment with the spirit of wisdom. He said, The cloke that I left at Troas with Carpus, when thou comest, bring with thee, and the books, but especially the parchments 2 Timothy 4:13
Paul emphasized especially my notes, have an undying quest, stop reading to preach, read to live. A wise man shall inherit glory but shame shall be the promotion of fools Proverbs 3:35 No endowment is a substitute for continuous learning!
- Engage your spirit man in your search in this book – Proverbs 20:27, Isaiah 26:9, Luke 15:8-9 “ Either what woman having ten pieces of silver, if she lose one piece, doth not light a candle, and sweep the house, and seek diligently till she find it?
9 And when she hath found it, she calleth her friends and her neighbours together, saying, Rejoice with me; for I have found the piece which I had lost.”
Sweep thoroughly with his candle, with your spirit man, searching for access to the wisdom from Heaven on any given matter.
The bible is the fountain of ultimate wisdom Luke 11:49
- Engage the Holy Spirit in the search – John 14:26, 1 Corinthians 2:12-13 “ Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God. 13 Which things also we speak, not in the words which man’s wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual.”.
Conclusion
- The foolishness of God is wiser than men 1 Corinthians 1:25-29. so it is not about expertise from somewhere it is about access to this raw ever value-adding wisdom.
- God’s wisdom comes as instructions Proverbs 1:7, Proverbs 15:33. The bible is a book of instructions, it is not a book of suggestions, it is not a book of admonitions and advises, it is a book of instructions 2 Timothy 3:16 “All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:”.
The wisdom pack in the bible comes through as principles, as reproofs, as corrections and as corrections. 75% instructions, 25% principles, you don’t like instructions, you won’t like the bible.
Seek ye first the kingdom of God is not a suggestion, it is an instruction if you are interested and all these other things that others are dying to get shall be given to you Matthew 6:33.
Thou shall serve the Lord thy God is not a suggestion, it is an instruction and He will bless your bread and water. I don’t have time ? Good luck, you don’t have time to have blessings on your bread and your water, you don’t have time to stay and strong, you don’t have time to overcome barrenness and abortions, abortion of labor, abortion of body, all those stuff, you don’t have time for long life, it’s all instructions Exodus 23:25-26.
They go from strength to strength every one of them that appears in Zion is an instruction, Hey boy! You want to go from strength to strength ? Stay glued to fellowship! Don’t pull your shoulders as if you knew something.
They come as instructions Psalm 84:7.
Bring all the tithes to the storehouse is an instruction Malachi 3:10…I don’t buy into that? You don’t need to buy into it! Do you buy everything you see in town ? No, you buy what you are interested in if you have the means.
The bible is a book of instructions! It’s a manual for profitable living, you don’t argue with instruction on manual if you want to enjoy your machine, you follow the instruction, it is the instructions contained in the bible that makes highflyers in the kingdom Deuteronomy 28:1, your views irrelevant, your opinions, your likes and dislikes irrelevant, the bible comes as instructions, not suggestions not advices.
Action: Give the Lord the biggest hand of praise!
The bible is the wisdom that endures, any endowment of wisdom that is not anchored on scripture has no future, when you disanchor your wisdom from scriptures, it becomes foolishness, it becomes vanity like it was with Solomon.
The word is the anchor of the wisdom that endures, ever winning, ever conquering, ever reigning wisdom.
Prayer: Lift up your two hands, Ask God for grace to remain properly positioned in this last days, to make the most of the heritage of the manifold wisdom of God, Thank you Jesus and blessed be your name in Jesus’ precious name.
Just like faith, You can’t wish your faith to grow, you build your faith to grow. You build your faith on revelation. You can’t wish to grow in wisdom, you learn to grow your wisdom.

Don’t assume wisdom, acquire it, lay hold on books, you have amazing resources in your commission than to be walking around the town not knowing what to do.
Settle down, I go to pray and fast to read a book, that’s how I read my way out of poverty to prosperity, not that you sit on your bed and answering the telephone 10 times, some even use their earplug when they are praying, how will you hear from God ? because you are expecting to hear from your friend.
I was in a 3 days fast reading Copeland’s book and Gloria Copeland’s book when Heavens broke open and I screamed, “Yea! I can never be poor!”. Light broke out! You better read your way out of mediocrity, get out and get up to the limelight so take your time.
My wife said to me one time when I returned from a trip from America, she asked me, “What did you bring ?” I told her to come, she came to my study room, I opened the first box, second box books, third box, all books. She asked what else and I responded, “That’s all else”. I told her that if I could grasp the content of these books, it can make me a manufacturer of the things I would have bought.
Can I wish to live in any other country in the world now ? No, long time, I found from the word that God is no respecter of colors or races or nation but in every nation everyone that knows him will generate the same impact, over to you.
One of my mentors said, “a lizard can not become an alligator in America”.
If you are a lizard in Nigeria and you got to America, you are still a lizard, there is no where you go that changes your nature, there has to be a change from inside.
Prayer: Your story is changing!
Prayer: lift up your two hands, grace to take responsibility to grow in wisdom, receive it, it is the hallmark of these last days, receive grace in Jesus precious name.
Action : Put your right hand on your chest, I decree release for an understanding heart, I decree that every junk blocking anyone’s access to this heavenly treasure be cleared off today. I pray that no one will sell his birthright for a morsel of meat in the name of Jesus. Your throne will not be sold out for a morsel of meat. In the name of Jesus, you never become a wandering star, Wisdom will direct every step of your path in the name of Jesus Christ. So shall it be in Jesus name. Give the Lord the biggest hand of praise.
