Topic: The days of Outbreak of Revelation – 1 Peter 2:9 “But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light;”
We are in a very unique season, we are in a prophetic season and it is important that we understand the seasons we are in so we can maximize the best use of it.
The bible says the sons of Issachar understood times and seasons. In life there are seasons, in life there are days and we must take advantage of it.
We are in the days of revelation, and every generation that must make an impact must have access to revelation.
Prayer : Your eyes will pop open and your life will take a new dimension in the name of Jesus
Every believer is a chosen brand in his or her generation!
What does it mean to be chosen?
- To be chosen means to be an object of choice, you are God’s choice.
- To be chosen means to be an object of favor.
- To be chosen means to be an object of election, an election of grace.
Prayer : After this conference, you will show forth God’s praises!
Action : Say with me, “I am chosen to show forth His praises!”
To be chosen demands responsibility from you, we are chosen for nothing, we are chosen for certain assignments.
If we must show forth His praise, there is what we need and that is “Revelation”, we need to catch a revelation of who we are, what this assignment is all about and what we are meant to do.
We must note that God does not choose everybody, He has a choice – Malachi 1:1-3 “The burden of the word of the Lord to Israel by Malachi.
2 I have loved you, saith the Lord. Yet ye say, Wherein hast thou loved us? Was not Esau Jacob’s brother? saith the Lord: yet I loved Jacob,
3 And I hated Esau, and laid his mountains and his heritage waste for the dragons of the wilderness.”,
Psalms 89:20 “ I have found David my servant; with my holy oil have I anointed him:”
Luke 22:31 “ And the Lord said, Simon, Simon, behold, Satan hath desired to have you, that he may sift you as wheat:
32 But I have prayed for thee, that thy faith fail not: and when thou art converted, strengthen thy brethren.”
Simon Peter was not the only disciple of Jesus but He chose to pray for him because there was an assignment over his life
Prayer : May the hand of God pick you out from today and distinguish you in this generation in the name of Jesus
Points to note
- The end time is the golden days of the church. We are in the golden days of the end time church
This generation is a golden generation and we must understand the requirements of what it takes to be golden in nature, gold has two major sides ;
- Shining side
- Furnace side
Everybody wants to shine but before shining is the furnace , you must go through the process and what God is doing to us in this conference is taking us through the process that will cause us to shine after this conference.
Haggai 2:3,9 “Who is left among you that saw this house in her first glory? and how do ye see it now? is it not in your eyes in comparison of it as nothing?
4 Yet now be strong, O Zerubbabel, saith the Lord; and be strong, O Joshua, son of Josedech, the high priest; and be strong, all ye people of the land, saith the Lord, and work: for I am with you, saith the Lord of hosts:
5 According to the word that I covenanted with you when ye came out of Egypt, so my spirit remaineth among you: fear ye not.
6 For thus saith the Lord of hosts; Yet once, it is a little while, and I will shake the heavens, and the earth, and the sea, and the dry land;
7 And I will shake all nations, and the desire of all nations shall come: and I will fill this house with glory, saith the Lord of hosts.
8 The silver is mine, and the gold is mine, saith the Lord of hosts.
9 The glory of this latter house shall be greater than of the former, saith the Lord of hosts: and in this place will I give peace, saith the Lord of hosts.”
We are the candlestick, the light of the world, made of gold.
B. We are in the reigning days of the church, we are born to win, we are born to reign in life, we are not ordinary.
Action : Say with me, “ I am born to reign! ”
C. The days we are in are the days of manifestation. The world is tired of hearing our explanation, it is time to manifest and we need light to manifest, that light is accessed by revelation
D. The days we are in are the days of great open doors. You will be given access to impossible ancient doors. The door of nations does not open for outsiders, it only opens for those that are sons and daughters of God. Those who are inside are the redeemed chosen generation.
Prayer : You will walk into breakthrough beginning from today
If doors must open to you , you must access revelation, it take revelation to enjoy open doors, there is going to be an outburst of revelation in this generation, the insight of the redeemed in the endtime shall humble the pride of the world just like it was said concerning Daniel, the king bowed to him.
Prayer : By the wisdom and light of God dropping on you, you will become a sought after
Isaiah 2:2-3 “And it shall come to pass in the last days, that the mountain of the Lord‘s house shall be established in the top of the mountains, and shall be exalted above the hills; and all nations shall flow unto it.
3 And many people shall go and say, Come ye, and let us go up to the mountain of the Lord, to the house of the God of Jacob; and he will teach us of his ways, and we will walk in his paths: for out of Zion shall go forth the law, and the word of the Lord from Jerusalem.”
Micah 4:1-2 “But in the last days it shall come to pass, that the mountain of the house of the Lord shall be established in the top of the mountains, and it shall be exalted above the hills; and people shall flow unto it.
2 And many nations shall come, and say, Come, and let us go up to the mountain of the Lord, and to the house of the God of Jacob; and he will teach us of his ways, and we will walk in his paths: for the law shall go forth of Zion, and the word of the Lord from Jerusalem.”
Revelation picks you from the ground floor to the topmost top of life
E. The elevation of the redeemed is tied to revelation. What unveils or reveals a man to his world is what was revealed by God to the man, it is time to sit down with God’s word.
F. The endtime church is ordained to show the world around her, the right way to go, the way out and the way forward in their endeavors. It is our duty and responsibility, it is part of our assignment the way out and way forward, without us they will be stagnated, understand your value in this era of the church, without you that family will remain stranded.
Prayer: At your return from this conference, you are leading that family out of poverty! You are leading that family out of sickness! You are leading that family out of stagnation!
Matthew 5:14
We are not designed to go their way, we are designed to show the way, by divine ordination, you have been positioned to be at the front, by divine ordination you have been destined to be in charge. We do not copy them, they copy us.
Prayer: After this conference, you are taking the lead in your workplace!
In a wildlife, you must go with a guard. God has made us the guide that our generation needs if they will ever arrive safely.
G. The end time church shall be an illumination center for the world, when the world is looking for light, they come to you. You are an illumination center but light are in degrees, there is the candle light, it is also a light, there is the torch light, there is the head lamp, and then there is what we call the flood light. If you must go far and fast in life, go for light.
What is the source of Revelation?
The word of God is the source of Revelation, if you want to get direct instructions from God, study the word. We live in a generation where people no longer have interest for the word, that is why it looks as if darkness is overtaking everywhere but not after this conference because as you are returning from this conference you are returning as light and you are going out there to shine to your world in the name of Jesus
John1:1-5
“ In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
2 The same was in the beginning with God.
3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.
4 In him was life; and the life was the light of men.
5 And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.”
Light from God is revelation, revelation is when God opens His treasures and you gain access into a realm where mortals cannot enter : you begin to see things, you begin to know things that the ordinary mind can not know, and that is what makes you an amazement to your world, people look at you and they are wondering. Like they wondered about Peter, they know him from his background, he was not educated, he did not go to school, he is a fisherman, how is he able to speak with so much eloquence ? so much authority and audacity ? Peter was wondered at because light dawned on him.
Prayer : Light is coming upon you today!
God’s word gives life, and inside that life is light that causes men to shine. When you have the life of God inside of you, you have no choice but to shine.
Prayer : After this conference you will begin to shine in the name of Jesus!
Every child of God is a carrier of the life of Christ and a transmitter of the light of God, you are to transmit light to the world
First you carry the life of God and next you transmit light for others to see.
Prayer : As you enter that family, as you return back to that office, darkness will give way!
Genesis 2:7, 21-22
7 And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.
21 And the Lord God caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam, and he slept: and he took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh instead thereof;
22 And the rib, which the Lord God had taken from man, made he a woman, and brought her unto the man.
After God formed the woman, He did not need to breathe life into the woman again because man already had life and He took the rib out of man to form the woman.
That tells you that there is life in you!
Action : Say to your neighbor, “You are a carrier of the life of God”
From scriptures we also discover that life is not limited to the body, life can enter your clothes, like Paul that handkerchief and apron started healing people, like Peter that his shadow started healing people.
Prayer : From today, everything around you will carry life!
For the life of God to be transmitted through you, you must first have light, go for revelation!
A testimony of a brother where he sat on God’s servant seat and cancer disappeared because life was deposited in the seat.
H. We must understand also that the end-time church is ordained for explosive revelations.
Isaiah 11:9 “They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain: for the earth shall be full of the knowledge of the Lord, as the waters cover the sea.”
You can be on the earth and operate in the realm of the heavens, you can tell what is happening in the realm of the spirit, you can be full of the knowledge of God, there shall be an outpouring of the Spirit of revelation, all you need is to align, consecration is one of the keys that plugs you into God’s agenda.
I. We must crave for the spirit of revelation Ephesians 1:14-15 “Which is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of his glory.
15 Wherefore I also, after I heard of your faith in the Lord Jesus, and love unto all the saints,”
How do you crave the Spirit of Revelation?
- Make demands on the altar of Prayers.
- Let your spirit mind be open, for your spirit to be open, engage in worship.
- Be disciplined enough to study.
Revelations don’t jump on people, it is time for us as youths to sit down, get the word and study, light only dawns on us when we take out time to search.
Prayer : The light of God’s word will begin to shine on you, receive fresh revelation, receive fresh insight in the name of Jesus!
Now begin to ask that the Spirit of revelation comes afresh upon you!
