It is Word encounters that launch believers to the covenant highways of life.
– Isa. 55:8-11
8 For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the Lord.
9 For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.
10 For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater:
11 So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.
Word encounters are real!
When you receive and believe whatever the Word declares, it is created for you.
Once you are saved, your next greatest asset is the Word. It creates your future and delivers your desire.
It is God’s Word in you that guarantees your access to His blessings.
How Powerful is the Covenant?
- God’s covenant is eternally binding on all issues.
– Jer. 33:20-21
20 Thus saith the Lord; If ye can break my covenant of the day, and my covenant of the night, and that there should not be day and night in their season;
21 Then may also my covenant be broken with David my servant, that he should not have a son to reign upon his throne; and with the Levites the priests, my ministers.
- Until the day and night stop being what they are, every covenant of the scripture remains in force.
- The covenant of wealth is God’s bail-out agenda from financial hardships.
– Deut. 8:18
18 But thou shalt remember the Lord thy God: for it is he that giveth thee power to get wealth, that he may establish his covenant which he sware unto thy fathers, as it is this day.
How to Give Acceptably
- Give willingly.
– 2 Cor. 8:12
12 For if there be first a willing mind, it is accepted according to that a man hath, and not according to that he hath not.
- Give cheerfully.
– 2 Cor. 9:7
7 Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver.
- Give tirelessly.
– Gal. 6:9
9 And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.
- Sow in good ground.
- Water your seeds with thanksgiving.
– Pro. 12:14
14 A man shall be satisfied with good by the fruit of his mouth: and the recompence of a man’s hands shall be rendered unto him.
If you are not a worker, you will end up as a beggar.
Mark a faithful man today, he shall be fruitful tomorrow.
Don’t be caught doing nothing productive.
Go at God’s pace so you don’t lose your peace.
Enemies of Financial Fortune Heritage
- Lack of financial integrity.
– Jer. 17:11
11 As the partridge sitteth on eggs, and hatcheth them not; so he that getteth riches, and not by right, shall leave them in the midst of his days, and at his end shall be a fool.
- Slothfulness.
– Pro. 20:4
4 The sluggard will not plow by reason of the cold; therefore shall he beg in harvest, and have nothing.
- Covetousness.
– 1 Tim. 6:6
6 But godliness with contentment is great gain.
- Non-challant attitude to Kingdom advancement opportunities.
– Hag. 1:14
14 And the Lord stirred up the spirit of Zerubbabel the son of Shealtiel, governor of Judah, and the spirit of Joshua the son of Josedech, the high priest, and the spirit of all the remnant of the people; and they came and did work in the house of the Lord of hosts, their God,
Fringe Benefits of Covenant Practices
- It secures divine health.
– Ps. 41:2-3
2 The Lord will preserve him, and keep him alive; and he shall be blessed upon the earth: and thou wilt not deliver him unto the will of his enemies.
3 The Lord will strengthen him upon the bed of languishing: thou wilt make all his bed in his sickness.
- It averts curses and plagues.
– Gen. 25:8
8 Then Abraham gave up the ghost, and died in a good old age, an old man, and full of years; and was gathered to his people.
- It guarantees divine protection.
– Ps. 20:1-3
20 The Lord hear thee in the day of trouble; the name of the God of Jacob defend thee;
2 Send thee help from the sanctuary, and strengthen thee out of Zion;
3 Remember all thy offerings, and accept thy burnt sacrifice; Selah.
- It engenders prosperity.
– Gal. 3:29
29 And if ye be Christ’s, then are ye Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise.
- It brings joy unspeakable full of glory.
– 2 Cor. 8:2-3
2 How that in a great trial of affliction the abundance of their joy and their deep poverty abounded unto the riches of their liberality.
3 For to their power, I bear record, yea, and beyond their power they were willing of themselves;
- The blessings of God come through the works of your hands. Gen. 26:16,

28 Now we, brethren, as Isaac was, are the children of promise.
- You must continue to walk in integrity to receive the blessings of God upon the works of your hands. – Ps. 5:12; 1:3; 112:1-3

12 For thou, Lord, wilt bless the righteous; with favour wilt thou compass him as with a shield.
- You must continue to pant after God and the interest of His Kingdom. – 1 Cor. 2:9, Rom. 8:28, Ps. 102:15
