Teaching series: Praise Facilitates the Fulfillment of Prophecies (Part 3A)
Ministering: Bishop David Oyedepo
Don’t allocate grace to expertise. Where you are is by God; every good and perfect gift comes from Him. Faith is a living force drawn from the living Word to produce living proofs.
Strong praise in truth and indeed is a proof of strong faith.
Rom. 4:17-20; (As it is written, I have made thee a father of many nations,) before him whom he believed, even God, who quickeneth the dead, and calleth those things which be not as though they were.
18 Who against hope believed in hope, that he might become the father of many nations, according to that which was spoken, So shall thy seed be.
19 And being not weak in faith, he considered not his own body now dead, when he was about an hundred years old, neither yet the deadness of Sara’s womb:
20 He staggered not at the promise of God through unbelief; but was strong in faith, giving glory to God;
Ps. 56:10; In God will I praise his word: in the LORD will I praise his word.
And faith is master facilitator of all prophecies. Everything about God demands consistency.
– Heb. 10:38; Now the just shall live by faith: but if any man draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him.
God is up to do whatever He has said to you about this year. Every Word of scriptures is the truth.
You rejoice your way out of every valley.
– Hab. 3:18; Yet I will rejoice in the LORD, I will joy in the God of my salvation.
Everything you believe in the mouth of God, you have committed him to perform.
To see prophetic words come to pass, you must receive it, believe it and put the terms to work.
Dedication is the demand to access honour.
– John 12:24-26; Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except a corn of wheat fall into the ground and die, it abideth alone: but if it die, it bringeth forth much fruit.
25 He that loveth his life shall lose it; and he that hateth his life in this world shall keep it unto life eternal.
26 If any man serve me, let him follow me; and where I am, there shall also my servant be: if any man serve me, him will my Father honour.
God’s prophetic agenda is as contained in His book.
Isa 29:11-12; And the vision of all is become unto you as the words of a book that is sealed, which men deliver to one that is learned, saying, Read this, I pray thee: and he saith, I cannot; for it is sealed:
12 And the book is delivered to him that is not learned, saying, Read this, I pray thee: and he saith, I am not learned.
When you win souls into the kingdom, you create a future for yourself. Light from the scriptures empowers believers for a flight.
Love for God is what sets us apart as pacesetters. God lovers are never bereft of ideas.
– Eph. 3:17-19; That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love,
18 May be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height;
19 And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God.
There is no provision without conditions attached, and when the conditions are met, God is committed to perform.
Every prophetic word received and believed provokes open manifestation.
Prophetic Lifelines of the Redeemed
1. We are redeemed for honour and dignity.
– Rev. 5:12; Saying with a loud voice, Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to receive power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength, and honour, and glory, and blessing.
Honour stops when your service stops.
1 Sam. 2:30; Wherefore the LORD God of Israel saith, I said indeed that thy house, and the house of thy father, should walk before me for ever: but now the LORD saith, Be it far from me; for them that honour me I will honour, and they that despise me shall be lightly esteemed.
2. We are redeemed as star and not as mediocre
– Isa. 60:1-3, 8, Arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of the LORD is risen upon thee.
2 For, behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and gross darkness the people: but the LORD shall arise upon thee, and his glory shall be seen upon thee.
3 And the Gentiles shall come to thy light, and kings to the brightness of thy rising.
8 Who are these that fly as a cloud, and as the doves to their windows?
Dan 12:3; And they that be wise shall shine as the brightness of the firmament; and they that turn many to righteousness as the stars for ever and ever.
Revelation from the scriptures empowers believers for a flight
Daniel 11:32; And such as do wickedly against the covenant shall he corrupt by flatteries: but the people that do know their God shall be strong, and do exploits.
3. We are redeemed as pacesetters, pathfinders, and trailblazers
– Isa. 62:2; And the Gentiles shall see thy righteousness, and all kings thy glory: and thou shalt be called by a new name, which the mouth of the LORD shall name.
The love of God and for God is what makes high flyers. The hotter your love for God, the greater your destiny becomes
– Eph. 3:17-19; That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love,
18 May be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height;
19 And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God.
1 Kgs. 3:13; And I have also given thee that which thou hast not asked, both riches, and honour: so that there shall not be any among the kings like unto thee all thy days.
1 kgs. 4:34; And there came of all people to hear the wisdom of Solomon, from all kings of the earth, which had heard of his wisdom.
4. We are redeemed to enjoy marital settlement
God won’t think for anybody, you better stop and think
Ps. 5:12; For thou, LORD, wilt bless the righteous; with favour wilt thou compass him as with a shield.
Every child of God is a child of favour. We are called to intreat God’s favour, by taking pleasure in the matters of God’s kingdom.
Ps. 102:13-15; Thou shalt arise, and have mercy upon Zion: for the time to favour her, yea, the set time, is come.
14 For thy servants take pleasure in her stones, and favour the dust thereof.
15 So the heathen shall fear the name of the LORD, and all the kings of the earth thy glory.
– Matt. 6:33; But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.
5. We are redeemed to enjoy a good old age
– Gen. 25:8, Then Abraham gave up the ghost, and died in a good old age, an old man, and full of years; and was gathered to his people.
Being dedicated, serving God guarantees a good old age
Ex. 23:25-26; And ye shall serve the LORD your God, and he shall bless thy bread, and thy water; and I will take sickness away from the midst of thee.
26 There shall nothing cast their young, nor be barren, in thy land: the number of thy days I will fulfil.
Gal. 3:13-14; Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree:
14 That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.
Characteristics of Prophetic Words
- Every prophetic word believed and received provokes open manifestation.
Acts 14:3; Long time therefore abode they speaking boldly in the Lord, which gave testimony unto the word of his grace, and granted signs and wonders to be done by their hands.
Bold declaration is a proof of prophetic words received and believed.
- Every prophetic word believed and received makes one daring in response.
What you are not able to say boldly, you have not believed truly.
WHAT IS IN THE OIL?

2 I will go before thee, and make the crooked places straight: I will break in pieces the gates of brass, and cut in sunder the bars of iron:
3 And I will give thee the treasures of darkness, and hidden riches of secret places, that thou mayest know that I, the LORD, which call thee by thy name, am the God of Israel.
- The protection power of God
Ps. 105:13-15; When they went from one nation to another, from one kingdom to another people;
14 He suffered no man to do them wrong: yea, he reproved kings for their sakes;
15 Saying, Touch not mine anointed, and do my prophets no harm.
Ezekiel 9:6; Slay utterly old and young, both maids, and little children, and women: but come not near any man upon whom is the mark; and begin at my sanctuary. Then they began at the ancient men which were before the house.
